     "This book actually started several years ago when I began offering five to six brief leadership principles once a week by email under the title of "Thoughts While Shaving." I work on the "Thoughts" throughout the week, then every Sunday evening email them to a growing list of subscriber.

     This book is a result of encouragement to consolidate these leadership principles into a convenient reference format. This has further led to the development of the Real Leaders Institute designed to give on-site leadership presentations with  Real Leaders Digest as its publications arm."
